Please join us at the Museum of Military History this Saturday, September 18 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM as we hold our annual POW/MIA Recognition Day Memorial Service recognizing those who “Gave All” in Service for our Nation’s Freedoms & Liberties and unveil our NEW Space Force Exhibit.
The ceremony will be conducted by museum staff and volunteers with words from the Museum’s Director, Mr. Chris Robertson, and special Guest Speaker To-Be-Determined.
Colors will be presented by Inst. Jeff Hawk’s (USNSCC) U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps: Chris Kyle Battalion with special cadet award ceremony.
The museum will be open for normal business hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM but with FREE ALL DAY ADMISSION and FREE BBQ Hamburger & Hotdog lunch following the ceremony.
Custom made Dog Tags will also be available for purchase with all proceeds supporting the museum’s ability to educate people on the rich history of our military services, their contribution to our nation’s freedoms, and to gain a better understanding of what it means to serve.
