What are your operating times?
Open Tues-Sun from 10:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M.

What days is the Museum closed?
The museum is closed on Mondays

How much are tickets?
GA starts at $7 and are discounted afterwards
Children (5 and under): FREE

Is there a Military Discount?
Active Duty Military (w/I.D.): FREE
100% Disabled Veterans (w/I.D.): $4.00
Retired Military & Veterans (w/I.D.): $5.00

Do you offer Guided Tours?
The museum of Military History offers FREE guided tours on
Wednesdays and Saturdays 10:00 A.M - 2:00 P.M

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the front desk. For online purchases check out Groupon.

Do you donate to charitable organizations?
Yes we donate, all inquiries must go through Don Smith, the Museum’s Director. All contacts must be made
to his email, militarymuseum1@gmail.com as well as calling the museum or a personal meeting.

How long does it take to look around?
On average, visitors spend about one to two hours. Some spend much longer due to utilizing the library,
virtual phone tour, and videos throughout the museum.

Can I bring my dog to the Museum?
Service animals are allowed however, non service animals are not permitted inside The Museum. Please do not leave your dog inside your car - there is no shade in the parking lot. There are no suitable spots for securing your pet outside of the building. Therefore, we do not recommend bringing your dog on your visit
to the Museum.

What is there for kids to do?
The museum offers videos, content throughout the museum, photo-op stations, and our interactive phone
app. We also have a coloring station in the Museum’s library for the younger children. Furthermore, we are working on more activities for the younger groups.

Can I get to The Museum of Military History by public transport?
Yes, their is a bus station

Do you have wheelchairs available?
Yes we have wheelchairs and walkers but limited supply only.

Do you have a café or picnic area?
No however, families are welcome to bring food with them and enjoy in our library. There are also several restaurants in the area within walking distance.
* If you are a group tour looking to have catering or food delivered, please contact the museum ahead of time to let the event coordinator know.

Can we take photos?
Photography is encouraged, and we ask for them to be shared with the Museum’s facebook page and tag us in any photos posted to social media #MOMH2019

Are there changing facilities for babies?
Currently not at the moment, but we are working on it.

PARKING

Do you have parking at the Museum?

Yes, The Museum of Military History has FREE but limited parking.

Do you have disabled parking?
Yes, The Museum has a reserved area for disabled parking as close as possible to the entrance of the
Museum.

Can I park my motorhome/trailer in the parking lot?

Parking is to be determined depending on the size. All guests who wish to park their motorhome or trailer at the museum MUST call ahead with the dimensions to determine the parking availability.
